Hello, I’m Erin Christensen. Designer & Creator from El Dorado Hills, California.
My name is Erin Christensen and I’m originally from Tucson, Arizona, United States. Today I do most of my creative art work from El Dorado Hills, California and sign my work under the artist name Erin.
I find inspiration in many places and have traveled to Rome, Barcelona, Paris, and Amsterdam which has influenced my creative style and process. I create art because I feel joy/pride in creating works of art. I also experience peace, and relaxation when I express myself freely.. I specialize in custom surname signs, using wood, burlap, lace, wooden gears, paper flowers, glitter, and a variety of colored stains. I also enjoy creating signs for weddings, businesses, new babies, or any other life event.
My art style is mixed media and inspired by steam punk style. I am motivated by bringing joy to others.. I have been creating art for 3 years. My favorite artist is anyone who pushes the limits of their comfort zone and tries new art styles. I connect with the art community by art shows, craft fairs, social media, and I have hopes of opening a storefront sometime in the future.
I strive to design simple, delightful, and impactful user experiences. I take on projects of all sizes, from web design and build, to product, branding, and system design. As long as you need illustration, I’m your illustrator. I am distributed as a freelance illustrator and am looking for opportunities to make a global impact.
